By purchasing any webinar, recorded session, course, or digital product from Skilled Webinar, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Live Webinar Registrations
Participants may request cancellation of a live webinar registration subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligible for Refund
- Cancellation requested at least 7 days before the scheduled webinar date.
- Duplicate registrations or accidental duplicate payments.
- Technical issues caused by Skilled Webinar that prevent access to the webinar.
- Webinar cancellation initiated by Skilled Webinar.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Cancellation requests submitted less than 48 hours before the webinar.
- Failure to attend a scheduled webinar.
- Internet or device issues on the participant's side.
- Requests submitted after the webinar has been completed.
In certain situations, Skilled Webinar may offer webinar credits or transfers to future sessions instead of monetary refunds.
2. Recorded Webinars & Digital Products
Recorded webinars, downloadable materials, templates, guides, digital resources, and other online products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Digital products cannot be physically returned.
- Access credentials are considered proof of delivery.
- Downloaded or accessed materials are non-refundable.
- Partial or complete consumption of content does not qualify for refunds.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical delivery failure.
3. Webinar Cancellation by Skilled Webinar
If Skilled Webinar cancels a webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered one of the following options:
- Full refund of the registration fee.
- Transfer to a future webinar session.
- Equivalent webinar credit for future use.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
4. Technical Issues
If a participant experiences access problems caused by our systems, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
- Alternative access methods may be provided.
- Recorded webinar access may be offered when appropriate.
- Rescheduling options may be available.
- Refunds may be considered if the issue cannot be resolved.
Technical issues caused by a participant's device, software, browser, or internet connection generally do not qualify for refunds.
5. Duplicate Payments
If multiple payments are accidentally made for the same webinar, service, or order, users may request a refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Transaction proof may be required for verification.
- All duplicate payment requests will be reviewed before approval.
- Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must contact our support team with complete purchase information for verification and review.

- Registered email address.
- Order number or transaction ID.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Supporting screenshots or documentation where applicable.
How to Submit a Request

7. Refund Processing Time

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Failure to attend a live webinar.
- User dissatisfaction after content consumption.
- Internet connectivity issues on the user's side.
- Failure to meet system requirements.
- Downloaded or accessed digital products.
- Requests submitted after completion of services.
9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Skilled Webinar reserves the right to investigate disputed transactions, chargebacks, and suspected fraudulent activity.
- Fraudulent refund requests may be rejected.
- Accounts associated with abusive chargeback activity may be suspended.
- Supporting documentation may be requested during investigations.
- Legal remedies may be pursued where appropriate.
10. Webinar Transfers & Credits
In certain situations, users may be offered webinar transfers or credits instead of direct monetary refunds.
- Transfer to a future webinar session.
- Equivalent webinar credit.
- Alternative learning resources.
- Recorded webinar access where appropriate.
Transfer and credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of Skilled Webinar.
